Okay SO,

If you have kids, you have stains obviously. I normally use the oxiclean spray which works just fine but recently i saw these all natural biodegradable stain sticks so since i always try to go for more "natural" things when it comes to my girls I bought some, and they are AWESOME.. Its this weird stick that you get wet and rub directly on the stain, throw it in the washer and then the stain is gone. Ive heard nothing but good things about these especially for the cloth diapering mammas out there.

Have you ever wanted to make something that you buy all the time and you think "oh this is probably so easy to make i should just make my own"? For me that was tortillas, I buy them every week because well i love tacos and so does everyone else in my house. So I found a recipe awhile ago and have been wanting to try it so i did today and let me pre-warn everyone... If you are looking for beautifully round mission like flour tortillas...turn away now because mine are far from pretty and round, they look more like shadows of zoo animals, and i am completely okay with that for 2 reasons #1.they still taste really good. & #2 they make for awesome dinner conversation ("hey mom my tortilla looks like an angry bird") 

Flour tortilla recipe

(makes..depends on how big your balls are)

*8c. flour

1 1/2 c vegetable oil

1tablespoon baking powder

2teaspoons salt (i used a bit more)

1 1/2c. warm water

1.mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

2.add oil and water, start mixing (i used a fork and folded it all into itself)

3.once you have most of the dry mix firm and in a glob, take it out of the bowl & kneed it on a flat surface

4. break off golf ball size pieces and let them rest under a damp paper towel for 30 mins

(i put mine on wax paper)

5. roll them flat with a rolling pin..like as flat as you can get them without tearing them

6.heat a flat griddle (or i guess you could do one at a time in a frying pan) spray it with non stick spray. cook them on each side for about 1 minute 

I guess I could have rolled them out to make sure they were all round and stuff or even used a pizza cutter to make them look better...but aint nobody got time for that with 3 kids ;)

so now you will have a bunch of homemade tortillas that you know exactly what was put in them (for all the health conscious folks) & they freeze really well too!

Sometimes they have super cool ones like "One day only save 40% on all kids shoes"! so check it often, you add your rewards to "my cartwheel" and after the cashier rings up all your stuff you pull it up on your phone and they scan it right there *boom* you just saved $6 for being on your phone which most people do all the time anyways!

#2. Ibotta. This app you pick the store you'll be shopping at and watch little videos or learn facts for stuff and you earn the rewards, once you go shopping and buy the items on your ibotta you go to the app to redeem them! Basically, scan the products bar code, upload a picture of your receipt and then they'll approve it and put the money in your ibotta account. Once you have $5 or more you can transfer it over to your paypal or get giftcards for places like starbucks,whole foods and itunes! Totally worth it if your buying the items anyways right? PS.if you do sign up for ibotta go through my link kieras ibotta !

#3.checkout51. Just like ibotta, but instead of being deals for different stores, its just deals on stuff. like .60c off kens dressing, or .50c back on a gallon of milk. All you do is upload your receipt!

#4. shopkick. You get points just for walking into certain stores, points you can use to buy gift cards. yes points for JUST walking in the store 

#5. Target mobile coupons. text offers to 827438 . they literally text the coupons right to your phone, it really cant get any more simple than that

Lastly I thought id share this AWESOME recipe i used last night i made my kids bacon and cheese stuffed chicken..and they wanted some of the spinach one instead, thats how good it was lol

Spinach dip stuffed chicken

5 boneless chicken breasts

1 c. pepper jack cheese

1c. cooked spinach 

4oz cream cheese

(salt,pepper,oregano,garlic&basil for seasoning)

 pre heat oven to 350 degrees

1. Pound your chicken (cover with plastic wrap) I honestly use one of my husbands hammers because i don't have a meat pounder thing..so whatever just pound the chicken out as flat as you can get it without ripping holes in it =)

2. Season your chicken (I only do one side)

3. mix your pepper jack,spinach and cream cheese in a bowl until well combined

4. using a spoon spread cheese mixture on each pounded chicken until it looks covered enough to your standards 

5. roll chicken up

6. place in greased baking pan for 18-22min

7. eat it because its really good.

My 6/29 walgreens trip!

So like I said id be posting some awesome walgreens deals here for ya'll so let me just start with a couple things. 

#1.You need a walgreens reward's card (its free to get just go into your local store and sign up for one)

#2.Transaction limits on FREE stuff vary by store, its best to call and ask before you go in (i normally limit myself to 5 since there is 5 people in my family)

#3.You will need access to a printer WITH ink lol, yes you cannot print coupons without ink.

#4.a little bit of hip lingo if I say RR i mean register reward (which is a little printed off coupon you get when you buy qualifying items

#5. RR's print out for each SEPARATE item. so if i'm buying a toothbrush that gives me $1RR and a coke that gives me $1RR you will get 2 different print out's 

#6.there is a 1 RR limit per transaction!! SO if you want to buy 3 of the same thing and get the RR's every time you need to do 3 separate transactions (note my #2 on your stores limit for transactions)

and lastly and probably most confusing but ill try to explain it the way i would to my husband 

#7-Say your buying 5 different items ,4 of those items you have coupons for and you want to pay using your 2 RR's that were printed out after your last transaction, you would have to purchase what people call (a filler item) basically you can only have ONE paper per item (paper meaning coupon or RR) so if your buying 5 things and want to use 6 papers, your gonna need one more thing since you have to have one item per paper. (this is really the most confusing thing i promise lol)

Every week various people put out "ad previews" which is basically seeing a stores ad before it comes in the paper on sunday..speaking of paper on sunday GET ONE, its cheaper to have it delivered every sunday than it is to go to the store and buy one SO sign up with whatever your local paper may be! you only need sundays since thats the one with weekly coupons! ANYHOO back to what i was saying "ad previews" will be all over the internet about (wednesday) every week. I go between diffrent ones depending on who has the best picture that i can actually read lol so this week

Hi,

SO..this is my first blog ever..we'll not ever if you count having an xanga account when i was like 13, so I guess I should say this is my first blog ever as an adult? lol I'll try to make it all fancy and nice to look at over time but for now..default settings it is ;)  SO basically i've had a ton of people interested in couponing trips i've made, crafts i've done, stuff I cook, I've had a lot of people ask me for advice on motherhood and how to handle certain situations without completely wanting to kill yourself while being a stay at home mom of 3 kids who well...are cute but REALLLLLY annoying sometimes. So thats what this whole little thing's gonna be about, and of course if anyone has any questions or requests I'll do my best to answer all of those.
